Working and learning together to support the development of Clinical Supervision in Mental Health Care Services in South Australia.

Clinical Supervision Project is a new initiative of SA Health's state-wide Mental Health Nursing Advisory Group. The implementation of Clinical Supervision into the workplace for mental health nurses will be undertaken initially as a pilot project of 40 mental health nurses participating from country and metropolitan mental health services.

The pilot project will be evaluated by the National Centre for Education and Training of Addictions (NCETA). This will provide guidance on the potential for the pilot program to be fully implemented.
